Our Story
Rick Henricksen founded Pridemark Contractors in 1987, bringing a background from The Irvine Company's Custom Home Division to every project the company has built since. He has held his California contractor's license since 1979.
That discipline shows up in over 100 completed luxury estates across Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona del Mar, Crystal Cove, and Shady Canyon — and in a standing relationship supporting HomeAid Orange County, building homes that give back to the community.
